Cotizaciones y pagosQuotes and payments

Cada proyecto se cotiza de forma individual según su alcance y objetivos. Las cotizaciones tienen una vigencia limitada que se indicará en cada propuesta.Each project is quoted individually based on its scope and goals. Quotes have a limited validity period indicated in each proposal.

Salvo acuerdo distinto por escrito, el inicio de los trabajos requiere el pago de un anticipo. Los pagos realizados no son reembolsables una vez iniciada la etapa correspondiente.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, starting work requires an upfront deposit. Payments made are non-refundable once the corresponding phase has begun.

Plazos y entregasTimelines and deliverables

Los plazos de entrega se acuerdan al inicio de cada proyecto y dependen de la entrega oportuna de materiales e información por parte del cliente. Los retrasos atribuibles al cliente podrán modificar las fechas comprometidas.Delivery timelines are agreed at the start of each project and depend on the timely delivery of materials and information by the client. Delays attributable to the client may modify the committed dates.

Propiedad intelectualIntellectual property

Los entregables finales pasan a ser propiedad del cliente una vez liquidado el pago total del proyecto. Me reservo el derecho de exhibir los trabajos realizados en mi portafolio con fines promocionales, salvo acuerdo de confidencialidad.Final deliverables become the property of the client once full payment for the project is settled. I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio for promotional purposes, unless a confidentiality agreement applies.

Limitación de responsabilidadLimitation of liability

Los servicios se prestan con el mayor profesionalismo, pero no garantizo resultados comerciales específicos, ya que dependen de múltiples factores externos. No me hago responsable por daños indirectos derivados del uso de los entregables.Services are provided with the utmost professionalism, but I do not guarantee specific commercial results, as they depend on multiple external factors. I am not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of deliverables.
